Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing a cake, cupcake, or bouquet from The Little Pink Whisk, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions in full. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final, forming a contract between us. This contract ends upon the satisfactory receipt of goods.

Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are non-negotiable and determined based on the design, size, and specifications of your order.

  • Full payment is required via direct deposit or credit card:

    • For standard orders: Payment is due within 2 days of receiving the invoice. If the order is placed within 2 weeks of the collection date, payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

    • For wedding orders: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 1 month prior to the event date.

  • All orders are custom-made and available for pickup from Woodcroft, SA 5162.

Cancellations, Amendments & Postponements

  • In exceptional cases, such as illness or extreme circumstances, refunds for non-collected orders are at the sole discretion of The Little Pink Whisk.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused if deemed unreasonable.

  • If The Little Pink Whisk is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, severe illness, natural disasters), the order will be cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded in full. No further liability will apply.

  • Once an order is confirmed, any changes are at the discretion of The Little Pink Whisk and may not always be possible.

Collection

  • Collection times are agreed upon at the time of booking. Once confirmed, it is your responsibility to collect your order at the scheduled time.

  • Failure to collect your order may result in it being resold. Rescheduling is at The Little Pink Whisk’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Upon collection, proper transportation is essential:

    • Transport your order in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle on a flat surface (e.g., the car’s footwell or securely placed in the boot).

    • Do not carry cakes on your lap or place them on a car seat.

    • The Little Pink Whisk is not responsible for any damage that occurs after collection.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and setup fees will be included in your invoice.

  • Once setup is completed at the agreed location, The Little Pink Whisk holds no responsibility for any subsequent damage.

  • Venue staff will be provided with storage and handling guidance. However, The Little Pink Whisk is not responsible for any failure to follow these instructions.

Storage

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend consuming them within three days.

  • No refunds are available for perishable items.

  • Refrigeration may affect the flavour and texture. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place when necessary.

Allergy Information

  • The Little Pink Whisk does not cater to specific allergies or intolerances and holds no liability for allergic reactions.

  • Our products may contain nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, gluten, lupin, sesame seeds, and other allergens. They are prepared in a kitchen where these allergens are present.

  • Coloured buttercream and decorative elements may contain food colouring additives.

Design & Customization

  • While every effort is made to maintain consistency, slight variations in colour and design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • The final design may vary slightly depending on the size of the cake/cupcakes/bouquet.

  • Design adjustments are at The Little Pink Whisk’s discretion to ensure the best possible outcome for each customer.

  • The Little Pink Whisk is not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been collected or delivered.

  • We reserve the right to photograph all orders and use images for promotional purposes.
